Absolutely. We specialise in custom and personalised orders based on your name, colour theme, design preference, occasion, and size.

4) How do I place an order?

You can place an order by messaging us on Instagram/WhatsApp with:

✅ Personalisation details (name, photo, colour, etc.)
✅ Quantity
✅ Delivery location

5) What details do you need for a customised order?

We usually need:

Name/Text to add
Colour theme
Design preference (minimal/glitter/floral etc.)
Size (if applicable)
Photo (only if required)

6) How many days will it take to complete my order?

Most orders take 3–7 working days, depending on the product and customisation.
Bulk orders may take longer.

7) Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, express delivery may be available depending on the product and location (extra charges may apply).

8) Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver pan-India. Shipping charges depend on your location and order size.

9) What are the payment options?

We accept UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe / Bank Transfer.
Custom orders usually require advance payment.

10) Is Cash on Delivery available?

Usually COD is not available for customised products.
For ready-stock items, COD may be available in selected locations.
