Terms & Conditions – ReSenorita

Welcome to ReSenorita. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • All products by ReSenorita are handmade resin art items.

  • Since each piece is crafted manually, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are natural and are part of the handmade charm.

2. Orders & Customisation

  • Most ReSenorita products are made-to-order and/or customised.

  • Customisation includes names, text, photos, themes, colors, size preferences, and special add-ons.

  • Once an order is confirmed, changes are allowed only if the work has not started. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing

  • Prices vary based on product size, design complexity, and customisation.

  • Any additional changes requested after order confirmation may result in extra charges.

  • The price shared at the time of confirmation will be considered final.

4. Payments

  • Orders will be confirmed only after payment.

  • Customised products require 100% advance payment.

  • Payment can be made via UPI / Bank Transfer / other accepted modes.

  • ReSenorita does not store your card or bank details.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled for customised products.

  • If the order is cancelled before production starts (only in rare cases), the refund decision will be at ReSenorita’s discretion.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Since resin products are handmade and mostly personalised, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    ✅ Change of mind
    ✅ Personal preference changes
    ✅ Minor handmade variations
    ✅ Incorrect details shared by the customer

Refunds/Replacement are only applicable if:

  • You receive a damaged or wrong product.

  • You must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification.

Note: Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on product type and location.

  • Most orders take 3–7 working days for production + shipping time.

  • Delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or high order volume.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

8. Product Care Instructions

To keep your resin product safe and long-lasting:

  • Avoid exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight for long hours

  • Keep away from sharp objects and scratches

  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth

  • Avoid soaking in water for long periods

ReSenorita is not responsible for damage caused due to mishandling after delivery.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that:

  • Correct spelling, names, dates, and details are shared

  • Delivery address and contact number are accurate

  • Any approval required before final making is given on time

ReSenorita will not be responsible for mistakes due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product concepts, logo, content and creatives used by ReSenorita are our property.
Copying, reproducing, or reselling our designs without permission is strictly not allowed.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any concerns or issues:

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • ReSenorita will try its best to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
